Let Me tell you about the Workouts!

There is no denying it, the fitness programs we utilized are top notch + they can be accomplished anywhere you feel comfortable working out—meaning you do them at home (this is my fave places to do them!), the gym, download the app and you can take the workouts with you anywhere, outside, the mountains, the beach. These programs are put together by world renowned trainers and teams of professionals to guarantee you results.

Yes, I actually said guarantee as in any of the programs I recommend to you come with a money back guarantee—what do you have to lose? Aside from any negative self thoughts that you may have lingering around.

I have done these programs from anywhere from my living room to my garage to campsites, hotel rooms, hotel gyms, at my in laws. There are modifiers to follow if needed including modifications to programs that normal would use weights. During one family vacation we adventured through the Olympic Peninsula with little cell service, no weights, 4 little kids and didn’t miss a workout even through we were doing a program that was based around weight lifting and HIIT training. (Seriously, that is how the accountability works in these groups! I wouldn’t have done that if it wasn’t for the tribe of ladies in these bootcamps!)

So…what about nutrition?

You have heard that 80% of your results when trying to change your body will come from your nutrition right? Well, I am here to say that after going through a journey (or two!!) myself and helping hundreds of other woman on theirs, yep, nutrition is super important!

But where to begin?! There are so many fad diets out there, right?! How do you pick?!

Which is why we won’t be doing a fad diet in your virtual bootcamp. No way! We will be taking it back to the basics of eating whole foods. Every fitness program comes with a guide to what and how much you should eat that you get to customize according to your body. This is a general guide to clean eating (meaning cutting out the processed junk) that works!
