When Autumn Calabrese came out with the 21 Day Fix I was in the midst of postpartum depression and the fact that the baby weight wouldn’t budge (probably in part to getting pregnant with baby #3 when baby #2 we only 9 months old!). I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I joined my first virtual bootcamp but I knew I needed a change big time and FAST!! I committed to the program and the nutrition guidance without really knowing what I was getting myself into.
Prior to starting the thoughts that went through my head sounded something like this,
“This will never work. Home workouts don’t work. Why would I even stick to this? Am I wasting money? I can’t believe I just wasted all that money! This is never going to work! I totally got suckered. Ugh, what was I thinking?!”

I did 30 minute workouts, 7 days a week and I ate out of these little color coded containers the number of times a day that Autumn said to. And the results just came! They said there was a science behind it but I don’t think at the time I really cared because I was just so desperate for a change! Plus, it was a pretty simple system.
